Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or resales.
If your order arrives damaged, you must send us:

A clear picture of the damage, and
-
A complete and unedited unboxing video,
-
Along with your order number,
within 8 hours of delivery.
Once submitted, our team will review the case. If the damage is verified, we will inform you regarding next steps. Only after our confirmation will the product be accepted as a return for repair or replacement.
Return Pick-up (India Only)

If return pickup is available for your pincode, we will arrange it.

If your pincode is not eligible, you must courier the product back to us at your own shipping cost.
In both cases, the product must be:

Packed securely in the original courier and shipping boxes,
-
Tightly sealed with tape,
-
Protected well to avoid transit damage, and
-
A picture of the packed parcel must be shared with us for verification before sending it.
Returns without proper packaging verification will not be accepted.
International Orders
Return pick-ups are not available internationally.
Damages may occur during customs checks; if so, you must send the product back to us by any feasible method from your end. We will service or repair it once received.
After We Receive the Product
Once the returned product reaches us:

The damage will be inspected and validated.

We will then update you on the next steps.
If the damage is irreversible:

You will receive a free replacement of the same product (if available or can be remade), or
-
You may select another item of the same value.

Each product listing includes multiple images, detail shots, dimensions, and product information. Customers are expected to review all details before placing an order.

However, dissatisfaction after receiving the product based on size, weight, look, feel, or expectations will not be considered a valid reason for return, exchange, or replacement.
Missing Items
For claims of missing items in domestic or international shipments, you must provide:

A complete and clear unboxing video (from opening the outer package to the inner contents),
-
Pictures of how the package was received.
Without a valid unboxing video, missing-item claims cannot be accepted.
Reports must be made immediately upon delivery through call or WhatsApp.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
Condition: Replacement is possible only if the same or similar product is available or can be remade.
Repolishing & After-Sales Service
We offer free repolishing and basic service for pieces purchased from us for up to 1 year from the order date.
After 1 year, polishing and repairs will be charged based on the type of work required.
